Is my payment information safe?
Yes! All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted and industry-leading payment provider. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can easily manage your subscription by accessing our customer portal. From there, you can update your payment method, change plans, or cancel anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal. After canceling, you’ll still have access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, auto-payments will stop, and you can continue using the free version of GUIDE2Safeti.
Note, if you purchased through Google or Apple Store, you will cancel by accessing your profile/subscriptions within the stores.
Do you offer refunds?
Since premium access remains active until the end of the billing cycle, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues, please contact support for assistance.
Why am I not seeing premium features after subscribing?
Premium features are automatically activated after payment. However, if you don’t see them, please check that the phone number you used in the GUIDE2Safeti app driver account matches the phone number used when completing subscription payment. If the phone numbers don’t match, you can update:
- Access the customer portal to update your phone number.
